  • Proximity to Highways: Stations should be no more than 50 miles apart along highways.

  • Accessibility: Stations must be within 1 mile of a freeway exit or highway for easy access.

  • Power Capacity: Locations should handle the demands of DC charging.

  • Reliability: Maintain 97% uptime for at least five years.

  • Secure Payment: Offer secure payment methods like card readers or tap-to-pay options.
