To be eligible for funding, your charging site must:
Be in California – Only sites within the state qualify.

Have a paved surface – No dirt lots, no new construction sites—only existing paved locations are eligible.

Parking garages & lots (publicly accessible for at least 18 hours/day)

Casinos and restaurants (excluding standalone poker/card rooms)
